These conditions govern online sales by leffetmer.com of photographs and digital reproductions of works of art.
PRICES
The prices of our products are given in Canadian dollars, shipping included within Canada. A currency converter makes it easy to carry out transactions in American dollars or in Euros. Leffetmer.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products and services will be billed on the basis of the rates and conditions in effect at the time orders are placed.
We use the PayPal secure online transaction system (www.paypal.com).
TO ORDER A PRODUCT
Go to the site and find the photo you wish to purchase. Click on the button Add to basket. You will be automatically redirected to the product selection page. Continue, following the instructions.

VALIDATION
Customers of leffetmer.com declare that they have read and accepted the conditions for orders, prices, delivery times as well as these General Conditions. The data recorded on the leffetmer.com Web site constitute proof of the order placed for a product.

DELIVERY
Products are delivered by Canada Post to the address you give with the order. Shipping charges are those provided by Canada Post. The delivery times indicated are average times and correspond to the time required to process and deliver the order. Leffetmer.com cannot be held responsible for delays by the carrier, Canada Post.
No photos or reproductions are mounted or framed. They are delivered rolled in cardboard tubes.

CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS
If the photos do not correspond to your order, we promise to reimburse you or replace the order. In such a case, we request that you inform us in detail by E-mail (leffetmer@globetrotter.net) and return the nonconforming photos to us. You must send us your claim within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Any claims made after 15 days following receipt will not be accepted.

REIMBURSEMENT
Reimbursements for products will be made at the latest 5 days following the return of the nonconforming products (by certified cheque).
